General meeting

All members are summoned by the Club paper TOLLAREN to the annual general meeting which usually is held in March in Katrineholm. The general meeting elects a new executive. The electioneers welcomes recommendations of new officials.

Members may submit motions to the general meeting. The submission needs to be at the executive by the first of december. This also applies to changes in the "long-term plan" the general meeting in 1997 decided upon.

Challenge cups from the Specialty is to be returned at the general meeting or mailed in advance to the President.
